Loosing Stomach Fat

Ways on eating to loose stomach fat

Almost all of us want to achieve that perfect body. We want to achieve that supermodel look and that macho image so that people may admire us and boost our self confidence. Yet, even though we are aware that a perfect body is only created with rigorous exercise and strict dieting, we want to have the no-sweat approach.

Yes, it is hard to achieve that perfect-7 body, especially that the market is teeming with high-fat, high-carbohydrate foods. Sadly, the tasty, mouth-watering menus are those which are loaded with bad cholesterol and hundreds of carbohydrates.  And a fat stomach diet has disastrous effects on our health such as higher risks for stroke, cardiovascular disease and adult-onset diabetes. There are numerous ways on how to remove fat off stomach however most of these ways are either too expensive, too depriving so as to make us go hungry most of the time, or too time-consuming so that we cannot add it to our daily routine.
However recent studies of food experts claim that not all foods add up to calories taken up by your body when you eat. Recent discoveries have shown that there are actually foods that help loosen up stomach fat--- and keep it off!

The foods to lose stomach fat in general, are foods which are rich in protein and good cholesterol. We know that protein helps build and repair body tissues and good fat adds fullness and volume to our face and muscles and is a good source of energy. Also, some of the foods mentioned in this article are rich in fiber to facilitate regular bowel movement and to eliminate bloating. These foods are proven to help lose belly fat—and keep it off! In addition, it is of note that a diet rich in carbohydrates should be eliminated because excess carbohydrates taken in is converted to fat which is concentrated more on the belly than in the other parts of the body.

Lean meat and poultry top the list of the foods which you can consume in moderate amounts without adding fat in your stomach. Lean meat is a good source of protein. You must be careful to choose meat which has not fatty portions. Boiled, broiled and baked meat and poultry are acceptable; avoid fried meat and poultry because of its oil content.

Fish such as salmon and tuna are also healthy options which you can feast upon without worrying for excess carbs. You can snack upon a tuna salad with veggies and low fat dressing.

Low fat milk is also another healthy snack. Not many people realize this but milk is complete food which when taken in, eliminates your craving for more food. Just be sure that you pick up the low fat or no fat variety. You can also eat low fat yogurt as dessert.

Eggs are rich in protein and good cholesterol. Studies have actually shown that eggs may actually burn fat.

Whole grain bread is allowed. Whole grain differs from wheat or white bread because it is the type of bread rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. Wheat bread is processed already, so that it is stripped with its natural vitamins and minerals. White bread is worse because not only does it lack vitamins and minerals, it also is not a good source of fiber and has additives already.

Vegetables such as tomatoes, squash, onions, mushrooms, lettuce, sprouts, spinach and okra are recommended. Eat only minimal amounts of green peas, carrots, potatoes, yams, corn and pumpkins because they have “hidden” extra carbs.

Beans such as black eyed peas and pinto beans also help burn fat. If you want a healthy snack option, why not try peanuts? Peanuts are inexpensive, rich in protein, contains no carbohydrates and eliminates hunger. Just be careful to choose the less-greasy ones and the boiled ones.

Given these choices of foods, why don’t you start changing your lifestyle and make way for a sexier, lighter and more-confident you? With these foods, you can be assured—you will never go hungry again—yet you will loosen up stomach fat fast!
