What happens when you lose your stomach fat
All of us what to look good. Being attractive affects the way we make friends, gain customers, find jobs and seek new relationships. Yet most of us do not understand that to look good you must have discipline. Beauty does not just happen overnight, it needs to be nurtured and taken cared of.
A beautiful body is hard to achieve and maintain, especially with the emerging lifestyle of modern man. Fast food chains, chips, hamburgers, steaks, pasta, candies and chocolates are hard to resist. Sometimes when we see these foods we forget about our plan of losing weight.
For us to reduce fat in stomach, we should have a positive outlook towards things and be inspired. For us to be inspired to lose weight and keep it off, here are the things which will happen to us when we lose stomach fat.
You eliminate your risk of heart disease and other medical problems
A fat stomach increases one’s risk for heart attacks and stroke. If you continually increase your carbohydrate intake, you deposit carbohydrates in your body as fat, and some of these deposits are not only present in your tummy but also in your blood vessels. Once fat deposits are inside the blood vessel, it will cause obstruction to blood flow and the area to which this blood vessel supplies oxygen and nutrients will die. If it happens in your heart muscle, your heart will fail to function and it will lead to death. If the obstruction happens in the brain, a person may be paralyzed or become comatose
You can move freely
A fat belly is a hindrance for your daily activities, especially the strenuous ones. Imagine yourself climbing up the stairs with a big belly. You easily get fatigued and develop shortness of breath with a lot of fat in your abdomen.
You gain self confidence
People who are fat are often the subject of ridicule in their places of work or public places. Thus they shy away from society as a result. Once they lose weight, they will be able to catch up with the latest fashion trends and wear the clothes that they like.
You are less prone to injury
If you are fat, this creates weight on your legs and feet. As a result, fat people tend to walk in a slow gait and would often drag their feet. This makes a fat person prone to falls and injuries like sprains and fractures.
You will not experience joint pain
Joint pains in a fat person are due to two reasons. An overweight person places a great load to his or her weight bearing joints so that these joints would feel fatigued and worn out after a simple task. The second reason is that fat people are prone to gout because of their enormous food intake, and this can also lead to joint pains due to uric acid deposition in joints.
You can enhance fertility
Overweight women often experience irregular periods because of negative feedback inhibition of the estrogen being produced by excess fat in their bodies. An irregular menstruation means that ovulation does not occur, and this is a cause of infertility or inability to bear children. Once you loose weight you are sure to regain normal menstrual periods—and your chances of bearing children are high!
There are many other benefits of weight loss such as a sense of well being and self-contentment. In thinking about these benefits, may we be inspired to continue in fighting the battle of the bulge!
